Inclusions to above packages:

  • 7 days/nights luxury accommodations in double occupancy rooms
  • 7 days diving during each week's visit WITH pro-rated daily extensions before or after a regular week, as may be available
  • Up to 5 different uncrowded dives daily with just 6-7 persons per expert dive guide, ensuring safe wreck navigation and technical assistance
  • Five free EAN 32 Nitrox daily fills with Nitrox Special, and at cost with Sunrise Special. Optional blends up to 100% O2 on request
  • Custom schedules for extended deep dives with double rigs, stage bottles, boat and personal guide available for 3 or more technical divers
  • Valet system for personal dive gear storage and pre-dive preparation, including camera gear to and from boats to C deck camera tables
  • Complimentary soft drinks, coffee, tea and cocoa. Alcohol supplied at purchase cost, plus carriage fees. Pre-orders welcomed
  • Airport or hotel greetings and transfers to ship with full onboard history, ship details, and dive safety briefings

  • Gov't Truk Lagoon dive permit - $30 plus service fee of $5

Group Incentives:

  •  5 payees -  1 complimentary dive/tour leader
  • 10 payees - 2 complimentary dive/tour leaders
  • 14 payees - 3 complementary dive/tour leaders

NOTE: "Q" charges applicable to Group Incentives

Booking and Cancellation Policies:

  1. A 25%, 1st deposit due on booking date
  2. Another 25%, 2nd deposit due 6 months prior to trip departure
  3. A final payment due 2 months prior to trip departure

Independent Booking Cancellation Policies:

  • The 1st deposit is fully refundable within 30 days after booking date
  • After 30 days of booking, the 1st and 2nd deposits are refundable less $100.00 per person cancellation fee up to 2 months prior to trip departure
  • No further credits after the final payment or within the 2-month period up to trip departure
  • Rain checks can be obtained for a fee to be discussed on individual basis

Group Booking Deposit Requirements (over 5 Pax):

  1. $50.00 per person deposit due on booking date
  2. 30% deposit due 6 months prior to trip departure
  3. Balance due 2 months prior to trip departure

Group Booking Cancellation Policies:

  • The $50.00 per person deposit is fully refundable within 30 days after booking date
  • After 30 days of booking, the 1st and 2nd deposits are refundable less $100 cancellation fee for each pax reduction from original booking up to 2 months prior to trip departure
  • No further credits after the final payment or within the 2 months period up to trip departure

Group Organizer Ship Charter Incentives

NOTES on Truk Lagoon Wreck Diving Special Trips:

  • Regular trip schedules are on a Saturday to Saturday basis, with alternate schedules if space permits.
  • Each day's diving is conducted as conditions, equipment, and a diver's personal health and deportment may safely permit under sole auspices of ship's staff.
  • Seaward employs best efforts to perform daily diving schedules as written each morning, but these dives may occasionally vary due to weather, ship's position, and other operational circumstances.
  • Daily dive options are provided on our best intended basis, without warranty to numbers actually conducted on a non-cumulative basis during a dive tour.
  • We do not employ depth limitations within lagoon, but expect divers to retain sufficient air for safe ascents from depth to make a minimum of 3 protracted ascent stops. EAN staged bottles will be optionally provided on request.
  • Due to liquor lounge taxes, we'll pre-purchase beer and wine for guests as requested before arrival, or deliver requests during a supply run each week.

Group Charter Booking Deposit Requirement:

  1. $850.00 for Full-Ship or $500.00 for Half-Ship minimum deposit due on booking date.
  2. 30% deposit due 6 months prior to trip departure
  3. Balance due 2 months prior to trip departure.

Group Charter Booking Cancellation Policies:

  1. First deposit is fully refundable within 30 days after booking date.
  2. After 30 days of booking, the 1st and 2nd deposits are refundable less $200.00
  3. Cancellation fee up to 2 months prior to trip departure. If 2nd deposit is not received 6 months prior to, the charter can be cancelled if space requested by another depositing party without refund of deposits.
  4. No further credits after the final payment or within 2 months period up to trip departure.
