2007 Rates

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Independent Booking Deposit Requirements:

1. A 25%, 1st Deposit due on booking date.
2. Another 25%, 2nd Deposit due 6 months prior to trip departure.
3. Final Payment due 2 months prior to trip departure.

Independent Booking Cancellation Policies:

• The 1st deposit is fully refundable within 30 days after booking date.
• After 30 days of booking, the 1st and 2nd deposits are refundable less $100.00 per person cancellation fee up to 2 months prior to trip departure.
• No further credits after the final payment or within the 2-month period up to trip departure.
• Rain checks can be obtained for a fee to be discussed on individual basis.

Group Booking Deposit Requirements (over 5 pax):

1. $50.00 per person deposit due on booking date.
2. 30% deposit due 6 months prior to trip departure
3. Balance due 2 months prior to trip departure.

Group Booking Cancellation Policies:

• The $50.00 per person deposit is fully refundable within 30 days after booking date.
• After 30 days of booking, the 1st and 2nd deposits are refundable less $100 cancellation fee for each pax reduction from original booking up to 2 months prior to trip departure.
• No further credits after the final payment or within the 2 months period up to trip departure.
